Ultimately yoga teaches that if we can care deeply for ourselves we will be able to reach out and help others, but we begin at home, with our breath, our mind and our bodies.

There are multiple paths into the joy of the True Self because we all learn in different ways. Vital Yoga with Meta offers classes in person, structured classes online through Udemy called Vital Yoga with Meta at Home, workshops, teacher training and yoga immersions, private sessions via skype, weekly hangouts to talk and ask questions, blogs and opportunities to post comments and queries, and of course, the book, Vital Yoga: A Sourcebook for Students and Teachers.

As our community grows and changes, more will evolve, of course. Our simple goal: To create a safe place to learn, connect and practice yoga in community, virtual community.

Join us, the tribe at Vital Yoga with Meta.
